Front of House Team Member - Founders Place

We’re looking for passionate Front of House Team Members to join our team and bring their energy to The Polly Café. This role is responsible for the daily front-of-house operations of the café and other food and beverage services across the property.
Your focus will be on delivering exceptional dining experiences and building lasting connections with our owners and guests. You’ll help ensure smooth service, uphold high hospitality standards, and create a warm, community-centered atmosphere in a luxury mountain environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional, friendly, and professional service to all guests and owners throughout their dining experience.
- Greet guests promptly, take accurate food and beverage orders using the Toast Point-of-Sale system, and use a suggestive-selling approach to promote specials and additional items.
- Ensure timely and accurate service of all courses while monitoring guest satisfaction and addressing special requests or concerns promptly.
- Maintain thorough knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and allergens to accurately answer guest inquiries.
- Collaborate closely with hosts, bartenders, kitchen staff, and teammates to ensure smooth, efficient service flow.
- Assist with event service and special functions as needed.
- Keep all Front of House areas—including tables, counters, and restrooms—clean, organized, and well-stocked. Assist with restocking and inventory as necessary.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards, including proper handling, storage, and rotation of food items.
- Accurately process payments, balance transactions, and maintain organized service stations.
Location: Founders Place, Park City UT
Employment Type: Part Time, Seasonal
Pay: $18/hour plus tips
Schedule: Varied, based on operational hours
