Join our team as the Front Office Manager at Highlands Lodge, where you will lead a dedicated team in providing luxury service to vacation renters, homeowners, and homeowners' associations (HOAs) in the picturesque Upper Village of Beaver Creek.

Duties Include: 

  • Exceptional Customer Service: Assist guests and owners by providing top-notch customer service. Ensure that every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression.
  • Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs): Ensure SOPs are followed by staff or develop new ones as needed to enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
  • Team Leadership: Interview, hire, train, coach, and discipline the front office team. Be a visible and approachable leader by working at the front desk as well as handling office duties. Actively engage in training and motivating associates to achieve their best performance.
  • Staff Scheduling and Budget Management: Create and review weekly schedules to ensure proper staffing levels, aligning with guest service goals. Manage the annual labor budget and adhere to staffing schedules accordingly to maintain cost efficiency.

Location: The Highlands Lodge - Beaver Creek, CO           

Job Start Date:  ASAP 

Employment Status:  Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $60,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience

Schedule: Flexibility is required, including ability to work weekdays/weekends/days/evenings/holidays

  • Two years related experience and/or training
  • At least one year of hospitality leadership experience required.
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills.
