We are looking for guest service oriented Front Office Supervisor.  If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a least one year of full service/ luxury leadership experience, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

  • Responsible for the daily oversight of Front Office operations.
  • The supervisor coordinates department specific training for new associates and on-going training for all associates.
  • Oversees the registering of guests, issuing of room keys, providing information, processing payments for stay
  • Acts as the Manager on Duty when necessary and carries out the duties required of a manager.
  • Assists the Front Office management team with resolving guest issues and requests.
  • Assign and instruct Guest Service Agents daily tasks, observe performance and encourage adherence to standard procedures.
  • Develop/maintain positive working relationships; support team to reach common goals; listen and respond appropriately to employee concerns

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging - Snowmass, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $24/hour

Signing Bonus: $1500 - Half paid after one month, half paid after 60 days 

Schedule: Varies depending on business demand, includes weekends and holidays

Minimum Requirements

  • At least one year of full service/luxury leadership experience required
  • Demonstrated effectiveness in guest contact and problem resolution skills
  • Experience in Luxury Resorts preferred
