Duties Include:

As the General Manager at Solaris, you will oversee the Whole Ownership Homeowners Association, expertly managing revenue and expense budgets to ensure financial success. You'll lead and inspire operations teams, including the Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering Managers, to deliver impeccable service and maintain the property's high standards. A key part of your role will be nurturing strong relationships with homeowners, addressing their specific requests with a personal touch. Additionally, you will oversee a $10M annual revenue rental operation, collaborating with a corporate marketing and revenue management team to optimize performance. You'll also spearhead on-site sales efforts and maintain crucial business relationships with the owners of the commercial units and parking garage, ensuring seamless operations and mutual success.

Pay Rate: $115,000 - $130,000 Depending on experience

The ideal General Manager for Solaris is a master of navigating complex interpersonal relationships, able to seamlessly manage the sophisticated and diverse group of homeowners with the utmost empathy and care. This role requires someone with a keen awareness of each individual’s needs, as well as a relentless focus on business success, especially in managing intricate expense and revenue budgets. A 4-year college degree is essential, along with 5+ years of experience in the hospitality industry and 2+ years in a supervisory or management role. Given Vail's international clientele, bi-lingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly advantageous.
