Group Fitness Instructor

Athletic Club Westin is seeking energetic, results-oriented, and dedicated Group Fitness Instructors to join our growing team. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead group classes for Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, and Barre

• Confidently operate studio equipment and fitness technology to deliver high-quality classes

• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills when interacting with members, guests, and team members

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe fitness studio environment at all times

• Physically capable of performing and demonstrating a wide range of movements, including standing, running, jumping, squatting, and lifting up to 50 pounds

• Lead and complete dynamic, results-driven group fitness classes during each shift

• Foster a positive and motivating atmosphere while effectively communicating with participants, peers, and management

Employment Status: On Call

Pay Rate: Commissioned based on experience

Schedule: Monday 8 AM, 9 AM - Pilates Reformer, 10 AM Pilates Mat, 12 PM - | Wednesday 8 AM Pilates Reformer, 9 AM Pilates Reformer, 10 AM Pilates Mat | Friday 10 AM Pilates Mat

Our ideal Group Fitness Instructor is passionate about fitness, committed to excellence, and ready to make a real impact. We’re seeking someone who brings:

• A friendly, vibrant, and outgoing attitude
• Consistent adherence to all Club policies and procedures as delineated in the Handbook
• Honesty and personal integrity, passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
• Excellent time management, organizational, and follow-up skills

Qualifications:

• Must have current Nationally-accredited Mat & Reformer certification and/or completed comprehensive training requirements.
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1-3 years prior Group Fitness experience preferred
• Current CPR/AED and first aid certification preferred
