Guest Experience & Reservations Sales Specialist
Job Description

Location: Avon, Colorado at our Corporate Office
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $25 per hour + Commissions (The target compensation is $75K)
Closing Date: 08/15/2025
Reservation Sales
- Respond to all reservation inquiries via phone, email, and online channels in a prompt, professional, and engaging manner.
- Actively follow up to convert guest inquiries into confirmed bookings by understanding guest preferences: location, style, amenities, and bedding.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records in property management system (Track), ensuring all guest data and special requests are thoroughly documented.
Pre-Arrival Concierge Services
- Serve as a primary point of contact before arrival to address questions, coordinate special requests and reservation modifications.
- Proactively connect with incoming guests to offer personalized itinerary planning, including transportation, equipment rentals, dining, spa, and activity reservations.
- Stay informed of events and experiences to provide tailored recommendations for Vail, Beaver Creek, Snowmass, Northstar, and Deer Valley
General & Cross-Functional Duties
- Build strong rapport with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat business through exceptional service.
- Approach all guest needs and inquiries with a positive, proactive, and solution-focused mindset.
- Work closely with on-property teams to ensure seamless execution of guest requests and experiences.
- Be flexible with scheduling, including evenings and weekends as needed
- Crosstrain in related reservation or guest service areas as needed for departmental support
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required, additional hospitality training a plus
- Minimum of 1 year of hotel, reservation, or guest services experience
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency is a plus)
- Excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and time management
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- Strong computer literacy: knowledge of Microsoft Office, online booking channels, and property management systems preferred
- Ability to work onsite at one of our resort locations
