Guest Service Representative
The Guest Service Representative assists front desk, rental operations, and property management team as needed in response to requests from rental guests, owners, and guests of owners. The position is a seasonal job which provides a variety of services to our guests, while ensuring the highest level of customer service is given at all times. With direction from Property Manager, resolve problems associated with customer complaints, reservations and other information systems and front desk personnel issues. Assist with reservations and assist in minor concierge needs. Functions include but are not limited to newspaper and luggage deliveries, daily unit inspections, managing check-in and check-out procedures for all guests, answering the front desk phone, maintaining common areas, receiving packages and performing minor repairs.
Location: The Kiva- Beaver Creek, CO.

Employment Type: Full Time, Seasonal.
Schedule: Three shifts available, 8am-4pm OR 10am-6pm OR 12pm-8pm; 5 days per week, includes holidays and weekends.

Prior experience working in a high-end resort community and/or hospitality/customer service experience highly preferred; computer proficiency required. Ability to work weekends and holidays required. Proficient in English, Spanish a plus.
