Guest Services Agent

Are you a reliable, friendly individual who likes variety in their workday? East West Hospitality, named Best Property Management by Best of Vail, is looking for a service-oriented Guest Service Agent to join our team at the Kiva in Beaver Creek. This role allows you to be part of a smaller team in a luxury condo complex with a casual environment. Voted team of year in 2024, we pride ourselves in guest service, attention to detail, and teamwork. We are looking for someone who can help us deliver a high level of service to our guest and owners, while maintaining a beautiful property.

As a vital member of our team, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional guest service to both owners and visitors, ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. You’ll handle guest check-ins and check-outs, create key cards and arrival packets, and address any issues with empathy and creative problem-solving. Your role also includes performing thorough condo inspections, answering phones, delivering firewood, and light shoveling to complement our contracted team. Additionally, you’ll take daily property walks to maintain common areas, change lightbulbs, and tackle basic home repairs to keep everything running smoothly.

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Successful candidates will bring a positive attitude and a willingness to dive in and be a true team player. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with a diverse group of people. An eye for detail and the ability to handle hands-on tasks will set you apart, along with a high school diploma (or higher) and the physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. You'll need basic computer skills, including learning to use our POS system, and fluency in English is required. This role also requires comfort being on your feet for extended periods of time.
