The Highlands Lodge faces Beaver Creek Mountain and is an amazing work location for the winter! We are looking for an organized Guest Service Agent to assist guests with various tasks and interactions, as well as supporting all guest related operations required at the Front Desk. If you are a hospitality professional, eager to assist our team, we would love to meet you!
Duties Include:
- Welcoming guests with politeness and respect, providing a warm first impression, and assisting with luggage during check-in and check-out.
- Delivering necessary items, such as firewood, to guest accommodations and transporting various items to their rooms.
- Ensuring cleanliness at the Front Desk and in shared spaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
- Conducting basic pre-arrival checks of accommodations to confirm essential functions like lighting and amenities.
- Escorting guests around the property, familiarizing them with amenities, and organizing mail in the mail/package room while providing excellent customer service.

Start Date: 11/25/2024
Employment Status: Full-Time Seasonal and Part-Time Seasonal
Pay Rate: $20-22/hour + any tips received for assistance with guest luggage
Schedule: Operational hours are 7AM to 9PM, typical shifts are 8 hours. Flexibility is essential.

We are looking for candidates with strong customer service skills and familiarity with the property and its vicinity, as well as an understanding of internal policies and procedures. The ability to assist with luggage and firewood, along with a general knowledge of hospitality, is advantageous. Effective time management is essential for providing prompt responses to guests, and strong communication skills are required. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, complemented by a friendly demeanor. A background in hospitality, expertise in guest services, relevant degrees, and experience in customer service will enhance your application.
