What You’ll Do:
- Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience.
- Handle calls like a pro, managing internal and external inquiries with efficiency and care.
- Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests, always aiming to exceed expectations.
- Dispatch Service Express Runners and hotel staff via two-way radio to ensure smooth operations behind the scenes.
- Manage cash and credit transactions with precision and attention to detail.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, - Avon, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $22/ hour + potential commissions
Schedule: 8hr shifts, 5 days/week, both AM and PM shifts
Posting Closes: 12/15/2024 or open until filled
- Previous customer service experience required
- Previous experience in a luxury hotel or resort setting preferred
