Duties Include:

Administrative Excellence

  • Follow East West Hospitality (EWH) service standards and protocols for a seamless front office operation.
  • Efficiently manage office supplies, handle deliveries, and maintain a clean, well-stocked reception area.

Property and HOA Management

  • Execute flawless check-in/out processes and update computer systems for accurate guest information.
  • Skillfully handle HOA-related tasks, including key encoding, package coordination, and facilitating residence entrance.

Effective Communication Hub

  • Manage the Request e-mail, ensuring prompt response and accurate creation of work orders and reservations.

Concierge Support

  • Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Village and surrounding areas, utilizing ALICE for effective concierge services.

Guest Services Excellence

  • Uphold EWH standards consistently, attending meetings, maintaining a professional appearance, and promoting a cooperative atmosphere.

Location: The Village at Northstar, Lake Tahoe, CA

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22 - $24/hour, depending on experience

Schedule: Full-time role with weekend and holiday availability likely

  • Proficient in writing routine reports and correspondence.
  • Effective verbal communication skills with clients and team members.
  • Clear communication abilities in person, over the phone, and through email.
  • Comfort and skill in basic math operations.
  • Analytical skills to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
