We’re looking for a Guest Services Manager to partner with our General Manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional experience for our owners and guests. As the heart of our vibrant team, you'll collaborate across departments to deliver seamless service in an environment where your leadership skills and passion for hospitality will shine.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and supervise all front desk operations, including second and third shifts when needed.
- Oversee, train, and schedule the 24-hour front desk team, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
- Handle guest and owner concerns with care, ensuring every interaction ends on a positive note.
- Oversee common areas, enforce condominium rules and regulations, and contribute to special projects.
- Manage financial responsibilities, including owner statements, invoice approvals, spending tracking, and budget reviews.
What We Offer:
- Compensation: Starting at $65,000 annually, with pay dependent on experience.
- Schedule: Full-time, year-round role with a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Location: Beautiful St. James Place, Beaver Creek, CO.
