Are you ready to take hospitality to the next level? Solaris Residences is searching for a dynamic Guest Services Manager to elevate our front office operations. In this role, you’ll partner with the Director of Front Office to oversee concierge, bell services, valet, and more-ensuring seamless guest experiences and operational excellence. As the Manager on Duty, you’ll lead by example, mentor a high-performing team, and drive service enhancements that exceed expectations. What You’ll Do:
- Oversee Front Office Operations - Manage daily functions across the Front Desk, Concierge, Valet, Night Audit, and Ski Valet while upholding policies and rental standards.
- Be the Manager on Duty (MOD) - Handle guest inquiries, resolve challenges, and ensure a smooth, high-touch experience.
- Lead and Develop the Team - Mentor, train, and inspire associates while refining SOPs and operational best practices.
- Optimize Staffing & Schedules - Coordinate coverage to keep operations running efficiently, stepping in as needed.
- Foster Collaboration & Care - Work across departments to enhance guest satisfaction and oversee the maintenance of company and owner vehicles.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $65,000 - $70,000, eligible for annual bonus structure up to 10%

The ideal candidate will be a proven leader with 2-3 years of managerial or supervisory experience in the hospitality industry and a strong track record of guiding teams to meet and exceed expectations. They will demonstrate a willingness to learn diverse skills and exhibit care and compassion for guests, owners, and associates alike. They will embody professionalism, resolve conflicts effectively, and communicate with exceptional command of the English language, both written and spoken. This candidate will also possess strong interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and intermediate math proficiency to handle calculations and balances. A commitment to time management and fostering a positive, high-performing team environment will be essential to their success.
