Guest Services Supervisor

As a Guest Service Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to lead a talented team, enhance the guest experience, and contribute to the operational success of our esteemed property. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Front Desk Operations: Ensure seamless daily operations by managing guest registration, issuing room keys, providing information, processing payments, and handling room move requests.
• Manager on Duty: Act as the Manager on Duty when needed, carrying out essential managerial responsibilities and making decisions to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Guest Issue Resolution: Collaborate with the Front Office management team to promptly address and resolve guest issues and requests, maintaining high service standards.
• Communication and Coordination: Work closely with the Guest Services Manager and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination, enhancing the overall guest experience.
• Group Sales Support: Assist with group sales by managing rooming lists and room blocks, ensuring accurate and efficient booking processes.

Location: The Charter - Beaver Creek, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $24-26/hour, commensurate with experience

Schedule: Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

• At least one year of front desk experience. Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS).
• Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Proven experience in coaching and training team members.
• Proficiency in managing supply orders and inventory control
• Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure situations effectively.
