Assist homeowners on the Rental and Homecare programs for East West Hospitality (EWH) at Northstar and Old Greenwood.  Develop a working relationship with owners and supporting departments to anticipate, understand, and respond to owner needs as pertain to: owner and guest reservation dates, scheduled housekeeping services, resolving unit maintenance concerns, unit upgrade needs, accounting, and other rental/homecare type services.

Location: The Village at Northstar, Lake Tahoe, CA

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $24/hour

Schedule: Full-time role with weekend and holiday availability.

9:00 am - 5:30 pm

MAJOR DUTIES:

Administrative: Assist with the upkeep of The Homeowner Master list to include both program and non-program owners, ensuring that work orders are created, executed, billed properly, and that owners are updated. Maintain high-quality and timely communication with all stakeholders, coordinate housekeeping and maintenance work orders, review monthly owner statements prior to the month's close, and conduct one-on-one meetings with the manager.

Rental Program: Onboarding a new rental residence involves communicating housewares inventory and maintenance inspection findings to the owner, updating the Owner Master List, assisting owners with the Owner Portal as needed, and providing rental revenue information or other reports as required. Additionally, assess guest damages to determine whether they are due to damage or wear and tear for appropriate charging, and upon contract termination, arrange for the removal of all EWH items from the residence and update the Owner Master List.

Homecare ProgramAssist with making and adjusting owner reservations, coordinating scheduling for housekeeping and maintenance work orders, managing deliveries for owners, and completing regular inspections of Homecare residences.

Communication: Assist with Owners' questions, and work closely with vendors.

Miscellaneous: Engage in regular interdepartmental communication with HOA managers, Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, Accounting, etc., attend management and property meetings, and actively support, promote, and participate in the Company Safety Program.

OTHER DUTIES: Because of the fluctuating demands of the operation, it may be necessary that each employee perform a multitude of different functions; therefore, as an essential part of your job, employees will be expected to help others when the occasion arises. Accordingly, employees may be expected to perform other tasks not specifically addressed above.
