Host - Lookout Bar

The Lookout Bar is looking for a friendly and welcoming Host to join our team in a part-time, year-round role. As the first point of contact for our guests, you’ll set the tone for an exceptional dining experience—greeting guests with genuine hospitality, managing reservations, and coordinating seating to create an inviting atmosphere.

This role is perfect for someone who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be part of a supportive, guest-focused team that keeps guests coming back.

Responsibilities Include: 

• Greet and seat guests with warmth, ensuring every guest feels valued from the moment they arrive.

• Manage reservations and phone inquiries in a professional, timely manner.

• Share knowledge about the area, property and other on-property dining options.

• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and comfort for our guests.

• Support the service team by creating a welcoming and organized environment for guests.

Location: Lookout Bar in The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Part Time, Seasonal or Year Round

Pay Rate: $17 / hour 

Schedule: 2:30pm - 9:00pm

Job Closing Date: 11/10/2025 or until filled

Ideal candidates will be comfortable managing multiple tasks with ease, excelling in both in-person and phone interactions with guests. They’ll bring strong time management skills, a willingness to dive into the menu to confidently answer guest questions, and an eye for detail that enhances the guest experience. Prior Host experience and knowledge of OpenTable are a plus, though not required, as long as they bring a proactive approach and a passion for exceptional customer service.
