Housekeeping Supervisor

Join our team as a Housekeeping Supervisor, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and readiness of individual units and public guest areas, upholding our high standards for maintenance, safety, and security. In this dynamic position, you’ll collaborate closely with the front office and other departments to guarantee total guest satisfaction, while also managing administrative tasks, training new associates, and assisting with the hiring process. Duties Include:

• Directly supervise 8 to 10 housekeeping employees, ensuring adherence to company policies and legal requirements.
• Train staff, plan and assign daily tasks, appraise performance, and address complaints while resolving issues promptly.
• Organize daily workloads, distribute room assignments and keys, and communicate special requests to the team.
• Conduct daily inspections of completed units and common areas to ensure cleanliness, notifying the Front Desk when units are ready for occupancy.
• Aid in new employee training, attend staff meetings to recommend service improvements, and maintain effective communication with property managers and team members.

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round.

Compensation: $23/hour

Schedule: Full time, approximately 40 hours/week.

Previous supervisory experience is preferred, but we are open to providing training for the right candidate.
