Intermediate Line Cook - The Charter Steakhouse
The Charter Steakhouse is seeking a skilled and dependable Intermediate Line Cook to bring creativity, precision, and consistency to our kitchen. In this role, you’ll craft a variety of signature dishes, maintain the highest standards of quality, and help keep our operations running smoothly behind the scenes. You’ll take ownership of your station, assist with inventory, and ensure every plate leaving the line reflects our commitment to excellence.

Duties Include:
Prepare & Cook: Execute menu items consistently, maintaining quality, presentation, and proper seasoning.
Station & Inventory Management: Keep workstations organized, stocked, and assist with ingredient prep and inventory rotation.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and smooth operations.
Training & Mentorship: Support and guide junior staff on techniques, best practices, and efficient workflows.
Food Safety & Cleanliness: Follow all sanitation guidelines and participate in cleaning and closing duties.

Pay Rate: $22/ hour
Schedule: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of kitchen experience and a solid foundation in culinary techniques. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask with ease, and take pride in delivering consistently high-quality, beautifully prepared dishes. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation is a must, along with strong knife skills and comfort using a variety of kitchen equipment. Reliable, punctual, and ready to stand, lift, and move throughout your shift, you take ownership of your station while collaborating seamlessly with the rest of the kitchen team. Culinary training or certification is a plus, but a strong work ethic and passion for exceptional food are essential.
