Intermediate Line Cook - Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

You'll prepare a variety of meats, fish, poultry, and vegetables to our high standards and assist with various projects. Duties include:

• Mastering recipes and executing line stations to perfection.
• Setting up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies.
• Cooking menu items during service, following Sous Chef's instructions.
• Maintaining high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and compliance with food safety regulations.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Managed by East West Hospitality - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round & Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22/ hour

Schedule: 5:30am-1:30pm; 9am-5pm

**Must be able to work weekends and holidays.**

Successful candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as work visa sponsorship is not available. Previous kitchen experience of at least 6 months in a similar position is required, along with demonstrated knife skills.
