In this role, you’ll showcase your expertise with knife work, ensure precise prep and cooking times, and deliver exceptional dishes-from meats and seafood to vibrant vegetable creations-all while upholding the highest standards of food safety and quality. Collaborate on innovative kitchen projects with our talented Sous Chefs and thrive in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, Managed by East West Hospitality - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round & Seasonal

Pay Rate: $22/ hour

Schedule: 3:00pm - 10:00pm **Must be able to work weekends and holidays.**

Successful candidates must be authorized to work in the United States, as visa sponsorship is not available. We’re looking for individuals with at least 6 months of experience in a similar kitchen role, along with proven knife skills. You should excel in multitasking, communicating effectively with the team, and have a solid knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools essential for completing tasks with precision.
