Ensure every guest enjoys the luxury of crisp, clean linens as our Laundry Supervisor at The Charter!  You'll lead the daily operations of our laundry department-overseeing staff, managing workflow, and operating commercial equipment to ensure high standards of cleanliness, efficiency, and guest satisfaction. Responsibilities Include:

  • Oversee sorting, washing, ironing, and distribution of all hotel, restaurant, and spa linens.

  • Operate and maintain commercial laundry equipment, ensuring safe and efficient use.

  • Monitor linen and chemical inventories, track discards, and manage monthly counts.

  • Keep laundry areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety and training standards.

  • Report equipment malfunctions and ensure proper storage and care of materials after each shift.

Start Date: 7/1/2026

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/hr

The right candidate brings basic math skills, common-sense problem-solving, and experience-or a willingness to learn-how to operate commercial laundry equipment like washers, dryers, ironers, and folders. A formal education isn’t required, but prior laundry experience or hands-on training is a plus. Must be comfortable following simple instructions and working in a consistent, structured environment.

Physical Requirements & Expectations:

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. and handle heavy bags of linen and trash. This role requires frequent standing, walking, reaching, kneeling, crouching, and use of hands. Occasional climbing, crawling, and lifting of heavier items are also part of the job. Good vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus are essential. All employees must meet performance standards and follow the policies and procedures outlined by The Charter, including those in the Employee Handbook.
