Lead Barista

As our Lead Barista, you’ll be at the forefront of crafting not only expertly made drinks but also memorable customer experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering the Valley’s best hospitality, and as a leader, you’ll play a vital role in setting the standard. From training new team members to guiding them with Starbucks’ core principles, you’ll be the go-to resource, helping everyone excel in their roles. Duties Include:

• Upholds Values and Culture: Acts with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that reflect the mission of Westin & Starbucks, creating a positive, inclusive atmosphere.

• Promotes Calm Leadership: Maintains composure during high-volume periods, setting a positive example and ensuring smooth operations.

• Supports and Coaches Team: Trains new team members, offering constructive feedback and encouragement to foster growth and confidence.

• Follows Operational Standards: Adheres to policies for cash handling, safety, and security, ensuring a safe environment for the team and guests.

• Ensures Quality and Consistency: Prepares quality beverages and food by following recipe and presentation standards and maintaining sanitation guidelines.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Mornings, afternoons, and weekends required.

Pay Rate: $22/hr

• Previous Starbucks experience required.
• A passion for hospitality and guest service required.
• Must have the ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, work as part of a team, and have strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships with our guests and team members.
