We're seeking a Lead Barista who understands that every pour, every interaction, and every detail matters in the world of elevated hospitality.

THE GRIND

Your presence transforms our space into a sanctuary of craft and warmth. You move through peak hours with effortless grace, keeping your team dialed and confident. As our creative force and mentor, you'll guide new baristas from basics to brilliance, while maintaining the exacting standards that set us apart. From perfect beverage execution to immaculate presentation, you ensure every guest experience matches The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa's reputation for luxury.

THE BEANS

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: Immediate

Position: Full-Time, Year-Round

Schedule: Mornings, afternoons, and weekends

Compensation: $22/hr

• Previous Starbucks experience required.
• A passion for hospitality and guest service required.
• Must have the ability to learn quickly, understand and carry out oral and written instructions, work as part of a team, and have strong interpersonal skills in order to build relationships with our guests and team members.
