Lead Bartender

One Riverfront is looking for a Lead Bartender to join our team at the Lookout Bar. If you are a team player and have experience as a lead bartender, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

In this role, you will be creating and training on drink recipes, managing batch cocktail production, writing and overseeing bartender side work, and ensuring the bar is consistently stocked and prepared. You'll also be responsible for training and managing service bar production, delivering high-level hospitality to all guests, and developing a deep knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and food menus to share with the team.

Location: Lookout Bar, One Riverfront - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $18.00/hour + tips

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: PM Shift

The ideal candidate brings 2-3 years of high-level cocktail bar experience, with lead bartender experience being a strong plus. They have a passion for learning and exploring the creative world of beverages, and significant knowledge of spirits and wine is a bonus. With strong self-leadership skills, they naturally excel in teaching and developing others. A genuine interest in building a standout beverage program and leading a team, combined with a deep passion for hospitality and service, makes them a perfect fit.
