Lead Breakfast Server The Charter

The Charter Steakhouse is looking for seasonal part time Lead Breakfast Server to start the mornings off right! In this role, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional guest experiences, overseeing breakfast service, and leading a dynamic team of servers. You'll ensure that every guest feels valued while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality, setting the tone for a flawless start to their day. Duties Include:

As a Lead Breakfast Server, you’ll play a key role in delivering outstanding guest experiences by overseeing and coordinating breakfast service with precision and care. Leading the server team, you’ll ensure seamless service, manage table assignments, and make sure guests are attended to promptly and courteously. You’ll also support the team in maintaining high standards of hospitality, cleanliness, and presentation. This role includes training new staff, resolving issues quickly, and ensuring every guest enjoys a smooth, enjoyable breakfast experience from start to finish.

Employment Type: Seasonal Part Time

Pay Rate: $18 / hour plus tips

Schedule: 6:30AM - 11:30AM

Post Closing Date:  03/18/2025 or until filled

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with a focus on team collaboration.
• Excellent customer service orientation and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Proven problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
• Previous experience in a lead server role with knowledge of breakfast service operations and food safety standards.
• Ability to train, mentor, and motivate team members, with strong multitasking and time management skills.
