Slifer Smith & Frampton Real Estate, Eagle County’s leading real estate brokerage, is looking for a dynamic professional to join our team. The Lead Broker Services Coordinator performs all core responsibilities outlined in the Broker Services Coordinator job description while taking on additional leadership duties. This role assists the Staff Manager in training, mentoring, and scheduling both new and existing team members, ensuring smooth office operations and exceptional service to brokers, clients, and the community.

The Lead BSC demonstrates expert-level proficiency in company systems, office procedures, and broker support while acting as a resource for the team. This position requires strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills, along with a proactive approach to problem-solving and workflow management.

Location: Various Eagle County Locations

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $29-$31/hour dependent on experience + quarterly bonuses

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm; flexible based on current schedule

What You Will Do:

Perform all tasks outlined in the BSC job description at the highest level while providing support to fellow BSCs and brokers.

Serve as a power user of all SSF office systems, including:

  • BoldTrail Digital Tools - CRM, broker websites, and email marketing system.
  • MLS System - Manage listings, pull statistics and reports, create CMAs, and conduct property searches.
  • Showing Time - Manage showings and generate reports.
  • SSF Internal Systems - Handle marketing orders and track walk-in/call-in activity.
  • Marq & Xpress Docs - Utilize design templates and manage print production orders.
  • Slifer Engine - Oversee listing management, photo uploads, and marketing material orders.

Assist the Staff Manager with training new and existing employees in Eagle County offices.

Manage the BSC calendar, oversee pre-approved time-off requests, coordinate coverage, and update distribution lists.

Delegate projects among team members to complete broker requests efficiently while fostering collaboration across the One Team.

Send reminders for deadlines, assist in scheduling trainings and meetings as needed.

Participate in the Marketing Specialist program, conducting regular 1:1 work sessions with brokers to develop listing presentations, marketing plans, farming strategies, database management, and other business-generating activities.

Work closely with corporate staff and operations teams to communicate and execute office logistics effectively.
