Lead Concierge - Lodge at Lionshead

Duties Include: 

• Booking concierge-related services such as transportation, restaurants, babysitting, and more

• Checking guests in and out

• Running the front desk when necessary

• Calling to confirm reservations

• Creating guest itineraries

• Communicating with guests to tailor the perfect trip

• Answering phone calls and emails

Location: Lodge at Lionshead - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $23.00/hour+ DOE, with commission potential

Schedule: Four 10 hour days or five 8 hour days, weekends and holidays are required.

The ideal candidate holds a high school diploma and is at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license. They bring an outgoing and friendly personality, combined with strong organizational skills and keen attention to detail. Professionalism is a must, ensuring every guest interaction is handled with care and excellence.
