Collaborating closely with the Spa Director and Spa Operations Manager, you'll guide the esthetics and salon team to deliver exceptional experiences while ensuring smooth daily operations. From overseeing room assignments and inspections to training new team members and maintaining treatment guidelines, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our spa’s excellence. With responsibilities like conducting inventory, driving revenue opportunities, and fostering team morale, this is your chance to contribute to the financial success and guest satisfaction of a thriving spa environment.

What You’ll Do: 

In this role, you will be supporting spa management with team communication and supervisory responsibilities, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable laws. You will address guest service opportunities and team member concerns, assist in interviewing and training new service providers, and contribute to seasonal and annual evaluations. Additionally, you will perform daily room inspections to ensure cleanliness, organization, and proper stocking of treatment spaces, while maintaining the overall upkeep of the dispensary, staff lounge, and linen closet.

Location: Spa Anjali in The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO. 

Approximate start date: 1/25/2025

Employment Type: Full Time and Part Time, Year Round.

Pay Rate: $23/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday

The ideal candidate will foster a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients, cultivating lasting relationships that drive repeat business and referrals. They will stay informed on the latest industry trends, products, and techniques to continually elevate service offerings. Candidates must hold a Colorado State License from DORA and bring at least 5 years of experience in a luxury spa setting. Strong mathematical and reasoning skills are essential.
