Duties Include:

Welcome guests with a friendly, inviting presence, setting the tone for an extraordinary stay from the moment they arrive. As Lead Valet and main hotel greeter, you’ll oversee valet and luggage services, expertly handling guest vehicles with care and efficiency. You'll coordinate the valet team for optimal service, manage PUC scheduling, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Your role extends beyond parking-offering guests personalized courtesy rides, providing full-service luggage assistance, and conducting nightly key audits to maintain security and efficiency. With your leadership and commitment to excellence, every guest will feel like a VIP from start to finish. Be part of a team that makes every moment unforgettable!

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round 

Pay Rate: $18 / hour + tips

Schedule: Full time, Saturday - Sunday availability is a must. Must be able to work weekends and holidays.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership and communication skills, along with empathy and a hustle mentality. Previous valet experience in a full-service resort is essential, complemented by a background in guest and customer service. You should be comfortable giving and receiving feedback, and be at least 18 years old. A valid driver’s license is required, and you must pass a background and motor vehicle record (MVR) check. Additionally, the ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 lbs, as well as push and pull carts and equipment weighing up to 250 lbs, is necessary to succeed in this role.
