Loss Prevention Officer - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa
Step into a key role at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa as a Loss Prevention Officer, where your focus on safety and guest service will make a real impact! You’ll be responsible for ensuring the security of our resort, Westin Mountain Villas, colleagues, guests, owners, and property assets—all while creating a welcoming environment that enhances the guest experience.
Responsibilities Include:
Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, employees, and property by following all company policies and procedures.
Conduct garage parking audits and assist guests with parking, lost and found items, and package handling.
Keep loading dock and drop-off areas organized, operationally efficient, and visually appealing.
Collaborate with other departments to exceed guest expectations and support special projects as needed.
Perform all duties thoroughly and efficiently, contributing to a safe, welcoming, and memorable guest experience.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $24 / hour
Schedule: 5 days per week with occasional weekends

Our ideal candidate brings previous guest service experience and, ideally, some background in loss prevention. They are physically capable of lifting and maneuvering objects up to 150 lbs and have strong organizational skills to keep operations running smoothly. Reliable, attentive, and ready to support both guests and team members, they help ensure a safe, efficient, and exceptional experience for everyone.
