Join our team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, proudly managed by East West Hospitality, as a Maintenance Engineer supporting our neighboring properties, Riverfront Lodge and One Riverfront.

This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and independence. You’ll work outside the main resort building, taking the lead in maintaining excellence across multiple properties—while still being part of a supportive, collaborative team. We’ll invest in your growth with CPO certification training, setting you up for long-term success.

What You’ll Do Includes:

• Perform a variety of maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, and pool equipment upkeep.

• Complete preventive maintenance for boilers, HVAC systems, and individual units, using established checklists and schedules.

• Support property appearance and safety through snow removal, landscaping, and irrigation maintenance.

• Respond to guest and owner requests promptly, ensuring accurate documentation for billing and follow-up.

• Maintain property standards for safety, functionality, and aesthetics—managing parts inventory and coordinating repairs with supervisors and subcontractors.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Mid-shift, 3-11:30pm

Pay Rate: $25.50

• Good understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC, and general building techniques needed.
• Must be familiar with operation and maintenance of a variety of tools and equipment such as but not limited to: fire protection systems, elevator systems, vehicles, hand and power tools.  
• Excellent communication and willingness to be a team player
• Ability to wokr independently or with minimal supervison
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to lift, push, pull, and/or lift weights of approximately 50-100 pounds, such as: furniture, boxes of supplies, tools, snow and ice, etc.
