Maintenance Engineer III

Managed by East West Hospitality, our award-winning resort is looking for a skilled and solution-oriented Maintenance Engineer III to help keep our property in peak condition. Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance tasks, including painting, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC, while addressing guest calls independently for HVAC, plumbing, and minor electrical repairs.
• Maintain pools and hot tubs, including daily chemical checks, adjustments, and minor equipment repairs.
• Conduct annual preventive maintenance checks in units and recommend improvements or project proposals for owners and associations.
• Assist with snow removal and respond to guest and owner requests, ensuring all work is documented and logged.
• Maintain the appearance, functionality, and safety of facilities and equipment, managing inventory and proposing enhancements as needed.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Varies based on business needs

Pay Rate: $23/Hour

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC systems, and general building techniques.
