Responsibilities:

Keep the property in top shape! This role involves general maintenance, ensuring the building and grounds are well cared for. Responsibilities include watering plants, snow removal, and trash disposal to maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment. 

Location: The Wren in Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Varies based on business needs

Pay Rate: $23/Hour

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC systems, and general building techniques. Strong communication skills, reliability, and being a hard worker are must-haves for this role.
