Maintenance Engineer III

East West Hospitality is looking for a Maintenance Engineer III to join our award-winning resort team! In this role, you’ll tackle a variety of hands-on maintenance tasks, ensuring our property stays in top shape for guests and owners alike. What You’ll Be Doing:

• Handling a wide range of maintenance tasks, from plumbing and electrical work to carpentry, painting, and HVAC repairs.
• Responding to guest and owner service requests, diagnosing and resolving HVAC, plumbing, and electrical issues efficiently.
• Maintaining pools and hot tubs, performing daily chemical checks, adjustments, and minor equipment repairs.
• Conducting preventive maintenance inspections in guest units and common areas, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Assisting with snow removal, keeping pathways clear and safe during the winter months.
• Keeping detailed records of maintenance work, managing inventory, and recommending facility enhancements.

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Schedule: Varies based on business needs

Pay Rate: $23/Hour

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical, plumbing, drywall, painting, HVAC systems, and general building techniques.
