Maintenance Engineer III

Description

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, Located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Maintenance Engineer III to join our team. If you enjoy working as part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Duties Include:

• ·Maintain the safe and effiecient operation of the centeral plant including boiler, chillers, snowmelt, colling towers, fan coils, pumps abd building automation systems.
• Commercial HVAC systems experience preferred. 
• Industrial mechanic background preffered.
• Record mechanical equipment readings and ensure accuracy of records kept.
• Perfrom reparis and maintencace activites on equipment including lubrication, inspection, replacement of parts, and plant related work activities.
• Utilize the BAS system to keep accurate computerized records of activites, time, and materials required.
• Performs shifts expectations completion and documentation including maintaining the engineering log.
• Respond to emergencies as needed.
• Assist with oterh Central Plant duties as assigned.

Location: Snowmass Village, CO

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $32 $35 Basied on expierence 

Schedule: Sunday - Thursday 8am to 5pm

Minimum Requirements

• 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance / hospitality experience
•  Bilingual helpful but not required.
•  Basic knowledge of hand and power tools.
•  Computer skills required.
•  Ability to track and allocate time correctly.
