Maintenance Engineer - Solaris

Join the Engineering team at Solaris Residences, located in the heart of Vail Village, where luxury and craftsmanship set the standard. As an Engineer Technician I, you'll play a vital role in maintaining and repairing building systems, from HVAC to cutting-edge technologies, ensuring an exceptional guest experience. We're seeking someone with a great attitude, strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn-skills can be taught, but passion is key! Take this opportunity to grow your expertise alongside a talented team at one of the most sophisticated properties in hospitality.

Duties Include:

• Preparing for guest and owner arrivals and responding promptly to calls and requests.
• Managing property and pool maintenance to uphold high standards.
• Performing light carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and appliance repairs.
• Maintaining A/V systems, IT equipment, and mechanical operations.
• Completing painting, staining, and other tasks to keep the property in like-new condition.

Location: The Solaris Residences, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $26/hour; $1,000 Sign on Bonus (half paid after 30 days and second half after 90 days)

Schedule: Four ten-hour shifts per week
