Maintenance (Old Greenwood)

Old Greenwood, managed by East West Hospitality, is looking for an experienced full time Maintenance Technician. This role will be responsible for maintenance and upkeep of all mechanical sytems, rental & homecare units and keeping association residences in good condition to ensure satisfactory guest and owner experience. If you have a mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a 'can do' attitude then we want to hear from you!

Duties Include:

• Clearly communicating with owners as needed
• Providing hands on troubleshooting for the repair of all residences
• Verifying all work is completed to the highest quality
   

Location: Old Greenwood, Truckee, CA

Start Date: 4/1/2024

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $22/hour

Schedule: Full time role with nights/weekends/holidays possible

 Successful candidates will meet or exceed these requirements:

• At least 2 years previous maintenance experience required.
• Technical competency in at least one of the core residential maintenance trades.
• Computer literate.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to develop additional skills are required.
• Must have valid drivers license.
• Be able to work weekends and holidays
