Maintenance Tech I (Village at Northstar) Part-Time

The Village at Northstar, managed by East West Hospitality, is gearing up for the summer season and we're searching for a Part-Time Maintenance Technician I. Your job will be to keep our properties in great condition, ensuring everything runs smoothly for our residents and guests. If you're skilled at planning, repairs, and making places look nice, we'd love to have you! 

Duties Include: 

• Check and repair residential properties, informing the Owner Services team of any needs.
• Maintain equipment and shared areas regularly to ensure they work properly.
• Work on projects for homeowner groups, keeping everyone updated.
• Meet with managers often to discuss goals and track time.
• Stay in touch with teams and others through email, Teams, and friendly chats.

Location: The Village at Northstar and Mountainside

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Part-Time, Year Round or Seasonal

Pay Rate: $25-$33/Hour DOE

Schedule: Part-time, we can work with your existing schedule

  Successful candidates have/are: 

• Highly motivated and able to work autonomously
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays when needed

We will train the right candidates! Experience in home maintenance, electrical, appliance, HVAC troubleshooting and repair is desired but not required!
