What You’ll Do:

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems to ensure everything runs efficiently.
• Perform routine maintenance and repairs across accommodations and common areas, including painting, carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Troubleshoot, repair, and install equipment to keep building operations running smoothly.
• Respond quickly and professionally to guest and owner maintenance requests, ensuring top-tier service and satisfaction.

Location: Lodge Tower, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $23 / hour

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts! Days to be determined; Must be able to work weekends & holidays

The ideal candidate will bring well-rounded expertise in drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and carpentry, demonstrating a strong ability to handle diverse maintenance tasks with precision. Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for clear communication, and proficiency in Spanish is a valued bonus that enhances our ability to serve a diverse community.
