The Village at Northstar, managed by East West Hospitality, is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in maintaining the impeccable state of our Association buildings, guaranteeing each guest a truly exceptional experience. Duties Include: 

  • Aid in enhancing the skills of level 1 technicians through training sessions.
  • Perform inspections and upkeep of mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Carry out preventive maintenance tasks on association equipment and facilities.
  • Oversee the maintenance and care of pools and spas.
  • Conduct annual preventive maintenance inspections on program units.

Location: The Village at Northstar

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $25-$33/Hour DOE

Schedule: Full-time role with weekend and holiday work possible


Successful candidates will have/be: 

  • Minimum 4 years maintenance experience required.
  • Proficiency in at least one core building maintenance trade.
  • Completion of EWH provided CPO training and certification.
  • Computer literate; experience with CMMS program preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
