Maintenance Technician III - Falcon Point

Keep things running smoothly at Falcon Point Resort in Avon, Colorado! We're hiring a Maintenance Tech III to handle repairs, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a safe, comfortable environment for our guests. Key Responsibilities:

• General Maintenance & Repairs: Complete guest work orders, routine maintenance, appliance repairs, and respond to emergencies; coordinate with Front Desk and Housekeeping as needed.

• Facility & Grounds Upkeep: Maintain cleanliness and functionality of all public areas, grounds, parking lots, and units-including lightbulb changes, trash/recycling, and snow/ice removal.

• Pool & Clubhouse Oversight: Manage pool, Jacuzzi, and sauna maintenance, including chemical levels, temperature logs, cleanliness, and opening duties.

• Event & Guest Support: Set up for weekly events, deliver firewood, assist with guest requests, and ensure a welcoming environment.

• Communication & Reporting: Report issues, log maintenance needs, suggest supply purchases, and follow directions from leadership.

Employment Type: Part Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $27.00 per hour

Schedule: 3 shifts per week; 1 day and 2 nights

• Customer service oriented: Professional, courteous, and cooperative demeanor with guests and staff.

• Independent and reliable: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and retain knowledge.

• Pool experience preferred: CPO certification or background in pool and spa maintenance is a plus.
