Maintenance Technician - St. James Place

St. James Place, located in Beaver Creek, is looking for an Entry Level Maintenance Technician. Join our team and play a key role in keeping our facilities running smoothly and safely every day. Duties Include:

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on facility equipment, systems, and structures.

• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, and mechanical tasks as needed.

• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies, ensuring safe and timely resolutions.

• Maintain clean, organized work areas and storage spaces.

• Assist with equipment installation, assembly, and ensure all tasks meet safety and compliance standards.

Work Location: St. James Place, Beaver Creek 

Job Start Date: 8/17/2025

Employment Status: Full-Time, Year-Round

Pay Rate: $21 - $26/hr depending on experience 

Schedule: Monday 6:30am to 2:30 pm, Tuesday 6:30am to 2:30 pm, Wednesday 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Thursday 1:30pm to 10:00pm, Friday 6:30am to 2:30pm
