Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with education and experience to join the Engineering Team at one of our premier properties: The Charter at Beaver Creek. The person in this role will be repair, maintain, install, and troubleshoot systems, machines, tools, and equipment for the purpose of providing well-maintained building, grounds, irrigation, and utility systems of the properties in order to ensure a satisfactory guest experience as well as keep the Association buildings in good condition. Duties Include:
- Inspect and evaluate systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.) to ensure proper functioning and identify potential issues.
- Make recommendations for system updates or changes to improve efficiency, cost-effectiveness, or guest experience.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance, installations, and repairs, addressing issues as they arise.
- Troubleshoot system problems using available materials and research to determine the best repair or replacement solution.
- Utilize preventative maintenance software to track asset maintenance and communicate project status with management and staff.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 - $26/hour DOE
Schedule: 5 days per week, weekends and holidays are probable

- Engineering: Knowledge of engineering principles that can be applied to facilities maintenance
- Analysis: Ability to evaluate building systems and structures to identify current or potential problems and to make recommendations
- Self-Motivated: Ability to identify issues and solutions independently
- Certified Pool Operator or willing to get certified
