Duties Include:
- Inspect and evaluate systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical) to ensure functionality and identify potential issues.
- Recommend updates to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the guest experience.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and handle installations for special projects.
- Troubleshoot and promptly address repairs, using research and available resources to find effective solutions.
- Utilize preventative maintenance software and communicate project status with management and team members.

Start Date: ASAP
Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $23 - $29/hour DOE
Schedule: 5 days per week, weekends, and Holidays
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of engineering principles applicable to facilities maintenance and the ability to evaluate building systems and structures to identify current or potential problems and make recommendations. They should be self-motivated, capable of identifying issues and solutions independently, and either certified as a Pool Operator or willing to become certified. The candidate should possess any one of the following qualifications: a certificate from a college or trade school in engineering or facilities maintenance with three to six months of related experience and/or training; or licensure as a plumber or HVAC repair technician. Additionally, the ability to troubleshoot using readily available materials and independent research is essential.
