We're looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our exceptional team, where you'll use your skills in painting, plumbing, and electrical work to maintain the charm and functionality of our luxurious condos. You'll be responsible for routine boiler checks, in-room repairs, and preventative maintenance, ensuring our rooms are always in pristine condition for guests. Duties include:

In this role, you’ll handle everything from general building maintenance, including painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and carpentry, to conducting regular boiler checks and performing in-room and preventative maintenance in all condos. You’ll inspect rooms before check-ins and after check-outs, addressing maintenance issues promptly and reporting major findings to management. Your friendly attitude will ensure a welcoming environment as you respond to maintenance requests from guests, owners, and colleagues. Additionally, you’ll be ready to act swiftly in emergency maintenance situations, ensuring safety and minimizing disruptions.

Location: Lodge Tower, Managed by East West Hospitality - Vail, CO

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Pay Rate: $24 / hour

Schedule: Four 10-hour shifts! Days to be determined; Must be able to work weekends & holidays

• 1-2 years technical training or equivalent maintenance experience in a hospitality setting preferred
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs & complete repetitive movements
• Basic computer skills & knowledge of hand and power tools
