Market Attendant - Gondola Cafe

Here, mountain charm meets upscale convenience, with handcrafted drinks, fresh grab-and-go bites, and warm, attentive service in a lively, guest-centered setting.

As a Market Attendant, you’ll create genuine connections by engaging thoughtfully with guests and anticipating their needs to enhance their stay. Even during peak times or unexpected challenges, you’ll maintain a calm, friendly demeanor to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. You'll also work closely with the Manager on Duty and Chef to guarantee timely and accurate in-room delivery of food and beverage items, adding a personal touch to every interaction.

Duties Include:

• Accurately operate the POS system and adhere to cash-handling procedures

• Maintain clean, organized, and well-stocked work areas

• Comply with safety, sanitation, and security policies at all times

• Assist with opening, restocking, and closing tasks to support smooth operations

Work Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO

Employment Status: Part Time - Year Round

Schedule: 5:30am - 1:30pm; 10:00am - 5:00pm; 1:30pm - 9:30pm, 3:00pm - 11:00pm

Start Date: ASAP

Pay Rate: $19/hr + tips

You’re upbeat, outgoing, and passionate about working with people. You take ownership of your work, are dependable and punctual, and stay calm under pressure. A true team player, you thrive in a collaborative environment.

Applicants must be 18+ with basic computer and POS skills (MICROS a plus). TIPS certification and experience in retail, barista, or food service roles are preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs is required.
