Market Attendant - Gondola Cafe

As a Market Attendant, you'll play a key role in creating memorable moments for our guests—whether you're crafting the perfect coffee, delivering in-room delights, or keeping our market looking its best. Duties Include:
Deliver warm, professional service with a guest-first mindset, creating memorable connections and anticipating guest needs.
Ensure timely, accurate in-room delivery and seamless coordination with culinary and management teams.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee, cocktails, and food items while maintaining strong menu knowledge.
Operate the POS system accurately, follow cash-handling procedures, and uphold all safety and sanitation standards.
Keep work areas clean, organized, and well-stocked while assisting with daily opening, restocking, and closing duties.
Work Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO
Employment Status: Part Time - Year Round

Pay Rate: $19/hr + tips

You’re upbeat, outgoing, and passionate about working with people. You take ownership of your work, are dependable and punctual, and stay calm under pressure. A true team player, you thrive in a collaborative environment.
Applicants must be 18+ with basic computer and POS skills (MICROS a plus). TIPS certification and experience in retail, barista, or food service roles are preferred. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs is required.
