Slifer Smith & Frampton is seeking an experienced, creative, and organized Marketing Manager to lead our Summit County marketing efforts. In this role, you’ll collaborate with brokers, staff, and the corporate marketing team to drive marketing strategy and execution for Summit and Routt Counties. You’ll also oversee a small team-including a Marketing Coordinator and the Broker Services Coordinators in Summit County-providing leadership in hiring, training, and performance management. This role works closely with the Market President and operates under the guidance of the Director of Marketing.
You’ll help develop and implement strategic marketing plans that support business goals, broker success, and new development initiatives. From digital and print advertising to event marketing, affiliate partnerships, and staff training, this is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage regional marketing strategy and execution across multiple channels
- Support brokers with branding, tools training, and listing presentations
- Lead, train, and manage the Summit County Marketing Coordinator and Broker Services Coordinators
- Oversee advertising, events, social media, and vendor relationships
- Collaborate closely with the corporate marketing team and Market President
- Monitor marketing budgets and performance metrics
- Assist with new development and foundation marketing efforts
Start Date: ASAP
Location: Summit County Offices
Pay Rate: $70k - $80k
What You’ll Bring:
- Must be a current SSF employee
- 2-3 years of marketing experience, preferably in real estate
- Strong project management, leadership, and communication skills
- Experience supporting or working with real estate agents
- Working knowledge of design tools and digital platforms
- Ability to lead with initiative and juggle multiple priorities
