Night Audit SML

Snowmass Mountain Lodging, located in Snowmass Village, CO is looking for a Night Audit to join our team. If you enjoy working as a part of a team and have a motivated and positive attitude, we would love to meet you!

Essential Responsibilities

• Check-in and check-out guests.
• Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints.
• Handle reservations and cancellations.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Reconcile and balance accounts from the day shift.
• Post room charges and other transactions to guest accounts.
• Prepare and distribute daily financial reports.
• Verify billing accuracy and correct discrepancies.
• Update room availability and manage the room inventory.
• Process payments and handle cash transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
• Recognize and report safety hazards
• Managing front desk activity and handling guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction by scheduling wake-up-calls and other concierge activities according to guest preference.
• Handling customer requests and complaints and directing other employees or departments accordingly.
• Managing and updating all official documentation pertaining to the role.
• Ensuring that all end-of-day activities have been successfully executed by employees in all departments.
• Answering calls and queries related to potential booking.

Location: Snowmass Mountain Lodging 

Start Date: ASAP

Employment Type: Full Time Year Round

Schedule: 11pm to 7am 

Pay Rate: $27.00 hour

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Previous hotel and night audit experience preferred.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and basic accounting software.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
