Night Audit - The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our Front Office Team at The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa, managed by East West Hospitality, and ensure the smooth overnight operation of our resort. We pride ourselves on providing the best hospitality experience in the Valley, therefore,  a commitment to excellent service, accuracy, and professionalism is essential to succeed in this position.

Duties Include:

• Greeting and providing a warm welcome to guests upon arrival
• Register guests, verify registration, email and credit information
• Promote the Marriott Bonvoy loyalty program and provide recognition and benefits to all present members
• Answer and direct incoming calls from inside and outside the hotel
• Address and resolve guest concerns or requests throughout the night
• Dispatch Service Express Runners and other hotel staff via two-way radio and Marriott communication systems.
• Perform nightly audit procedures for two properties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Complete required spreadsheets and reports for management review
• Conduct regular security sweeps to maintain a safe and secure environment
• Assist with early morning check-outs, ensuring a smooth departure for guests

Location: The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa - Avon, CO.

Start Date: 05/01/2025

Employment Type: Full Time, Year Round

Pay Rate: $23/ hour + potential commissions

Schedule: 11pm - 7:30am 

• Front Desk Experience in a hotel or resort setting is preferred
• Ability to learn and operate property management system including Opera
• Comfortable with entering and reviewing financial data
• Able to stand up for 8 hours during overnight shifts
• Alertness and attentiveness to handle any situation that may arise
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills under minimal supervision
• A positive attitude, even during the quietest (or busiest!) hours of the night
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
